DESCRIPTION:Our National Convention is 25-29 July in Reno\, Nevada. On March 28th 12pm CST\, hotel room reservations will open for everyone. \n\n\n\nEarly registration takes place at the hotels.Scooter rental will be available. We are working on coordinating those details with the city at this time.The hotels that we have booked have an airport shuttle and self-parking included.All members who desire to make room reservations for the convention are directed to use one ofthe following procedures:1) Online: It’s the quickest and easiest way to book a room and we highly encourage allreservations to be made this way. Visit the Booking Link to make any individualreservations.2) By phone: 800-223-7277 for all 3 propertiesSilver Legacy Resort (VFW HQ): 775-329-4777; Group Code: SRVFW6Eldorado Resort (Auxiliary HQ): 775-786-5700; Group Code: SRVFW6Circus Circus Hotel & Casino: 775-329-0711; Group Code: SRVFW6D \n\n\n\nDepartments will not be assigned to specific hotels this year so it will be first come first served. All the hotels are attached to each other so it will be easy to get around either way. \n\n\n\nThe hotels at the row are about 3.5 miles away from the center. We have a shuttle service setup to run during convention hours.
